The platform www.olimpiaparking.com allows the cancellation and refund of online reservations, in accordance with applicable law and the conditions below:

1. Right to Cancel
Customers have the right to cancel their reservation at any time before the scheduled parking entry time.

2. Cancellation Methods
Reservations can be canceled by:
– Accessing the personal customer account
– Using the cancellation link included in the reservation confirmation email

3. Refund Processing
If the reservation is canceled before the start time, the amount paid will be automatically refunded in full, using the same payment method initially used. The process may take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

4. Exceptions
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
– If you have already entered the parking lot with your vehicle, as the reservation is considered used
– If the reservation was automatically marked as “Delayed” and subsequently as “Completed,” without your presence at the parking lot, the service is considered provided
– If you did not cancel the reservation before the scheduled start time

6. Modified Reservations
If the reservation was previously modified (e.g., extended, license plate changed), it can still be canceled and refunded within the legal timeframe, provided none of the situations mentioned in point 4 have occurred.
