1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and placing a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Platform Functionality
The www.olimpiaparking.com platform offers a complete online reservation system for the parking facilities operated by OLIMPIA PARKING S.R.L. Customers can:
– Place a reservation for a selected time interval
– Select the country of registration (from 195 available)
– Enter the license plate number
– View and modify reservations in their personal account
– Enter the parking lot using a QR code or LPR (automatic license plate recognition)
3. Reservations and Availability
Reservations are made by completing a form. The system automatically checks availability for the selected period and identifies whether an existing reservation is already associated with the same license plate number.
4. Notifications and Emails
After booking, you will automatically receive emails with:
– Reservation confirmation (including the QR code)
– Changes made (e.g., number update, extension)
– Cancellation and refund confirmation
– Entry and exit reminders
– Real-time statuses (In Parking, Completed, etc.)
The emails contain direct links for:
– Viewing the QR code
– Extending the reservation
– Updating the license plate number
– Canceling the reservation
These actions can be performed without authentication.
5. Customer Account Features
By creating an account, customers can:
– View active and past reservations
– Access QR codes
– Modify or cancel reservations
– Save previously used license plate numbers
6. International License Plate System
The platform supports 195 countries, including:
– EU countries with authentic graphical display
– Romania – automatic detection of temporary plates
7. Automatic Status Changes
– Upon entry: status becomes In Parking
– If entry is delayed: Delayed
– Upon exit: Completed
If the vehicle remains in the parking lot after the exit time, the extra period must be paid at the on-site payment kiosks.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be canceled:
– From the personal account
– Through the link in the confirmation email
Refunds are processed automatically according to the policy displayed on the website.
9. Prices and Fees
All displayed prices include VAT.
