As you already know, an active business involves travel, conferences, and development programs. In short? Your business requires traveling! To support you, we created a subscription system with end-of-month billing. One single reimbursement, one single invoice, more time for organization!
In other words, from now on at Olimpia Airport Parking, companies can sign a rental contract with on-demand usage for their own fleet of cars.
All you need to do is sign a parking space rental contract with an undefined number of spots (in terms of volume), at the Olimpia Airport Parking location!
Next, you will send us the list of license plate numbers of your fleet. Regarding personal data protection, don’t worry — we will not ask for your name, only the license plates, in the format: B000XXX.
These are necessary because they will be registered in our management system and activated for the period established in the contract.
The cars in your fleet will use the parking whenever needed, and at the end of the month you will receive a personalized report that will include:
• The account (Olimpia code) assigned to the contract/client;
• The list of license plate numbers, which will contain:
o A summary of usage per license plate number (entries – exits);
o The total time corresponding to each usage;
o The agreed tariff, applied according to the usage time per entry;
* The total number of all cars that used the parking
Last but not least, based on the usage report and the total amount, a single monthly invoice will be issued!
PS: We will discuss contractual terms and conditions before signing the rental agreement.
